CycleFlow is a web-based customer business management system designed to replace manual paper and spreadsheet workflows with a structured, automated platform. It helps manage product purchasing, stock, customer group cycles, delivery operations, expenses, and profit tracking in one system. The platform supports product and inventory management, purchase tracking, customer group cycle planning, payment collection, and product assignment based on group plans. It also includes delivery management with employee assignment, digital proof of delivery, and bonus product handling after cycle completion. A major part of the system is its automation layer, where Firebase Cloud Functions handle scheduled processes and background workflows such as auto-order rendering and operational updates. This improves consistency, reduces manual work, and helps the business run with better transparency and control. Built with role-based access, activity logs, and real-time dashboard insights, CycleFlow provides clear visibility into stock value, payments, profit, outstanding balances, and business performance. It is designed to support secure, scalable, and efficient day-to-day operations.
