About This Project
This web application is a comprehensive admin dashboard and operations management system built for a delivery-based platform. It provides centralized control over merchants, riders, customers, orders, payments, and system configurations through a single unified interface. The platform is designed to support real-time monitoring and decision-making. Administrators can track live orders and rider locations using an interactive map system, monitor operational status, and quickly respond to delivery issues. The dashboard displays key system insights such as active merchants, active riders, and pending orders to improve operational visibility. The system includes dedicated modules for order management, merchant and rider management, customer handling, advertisements, fee and tax configuration, and reporting. Role-based access control ensures that administrative actions are securely managed based on user permissions, preventing unauthorized access. Built with scalability and maintainability in mind, the application follows a modular architecture and performance-focused UI design, making it suitable for real-world production environments that require reliable delivery operations and multi-merchant support.
